Pre-Departure Meeting 2/20

We're getting closer to our trip to Utah, so close I practically smell the salt lake and feel the fresh pow pummel those mountains. However, we do have some last minute things to plan. There will be a pre-departure meeting next Wednesday, February 20th at 7pm in 171. We will be discussing the ins and outs of how the trip will be run, so please attend so you do not miss out on important information. It shouldn't take longer than 30-45 minutes.

Some important things to take note of that we will arrange at the meeting:
-Driving to Philadelphia: We will be leaving State College on Thursday night, February 28th, and stay overnight at club members' residences in the Philly area. We will then wake up and leave for PHL airport around 3am for our 6:20am flight.
-If you have a car and are willing to drive to Philly, please respond to this email. If you would like to keep your car at someone's house and not go to the airport, let me know. We can probably work out a separate ride from the residence to the airport.
-If you live in the Philly area and are willing to allow some people on the trip to stay at your house for a night, please respond to this email. In addition, if your parents would offer to give us a ride to the airport, let me know. This would be greatly appreciated!
-Make sure you clear up any exams/quizzes/assignments you may have on Friday, March 1st with your professor(s). This is our travel date, and we will not be attending class.
