Hope everyone had a nice, relaxing break. It's important that everyone rests up because IT'S RIDING SEASON BABY!!! If anyone wants to get their skis or board ready for the snow, head over to Appalachian Outdoors for waxing, sharpening, and full tuning. They offer tuning a good price, and don't forget about that 10% club discount!

We will have a meeting this Wednesday at 7:30 in 62 Willard, as well as office hours by the HUB fishtanks Wednesday 11:30-2. These are being held so that everyone in the club has an opportunity to hand in forms and make payments. Some reasons you may want to come to the meeting or office hours:

-You are going on KILLINGTON or TREMBLANT and are attending the pre-departure meeting.
-Make a payment for one of our upcoming trips. <--click that link y'all
-Hand in a participation agreement along with a copy of your insurance card (necessary in order to attend any trip!).
-Pick up your t-shirt...unless you're a large, but we'll have more for next semester.

Warren Miller's Flow State is being shown at the State Theatre this Thursday at 8pm. Come see the pros shred some sick spots, including Canyons Resort, one of Ski Club's trips this season! Tickets are $6 for students; you might want to buy them ahead of time in case they sell out. We are currently planning a small social event that'll occur before the movie, so stay tuned. **Our Tremblant, QC trip is currently full. However, if we get enough signups on our waiting list, we can get a second bus!

Hey there Ski Club,

Greg will be having office hours this Wednesday, November 7th from 11:30-2 by the HUB fishtanks. This is a great opportunity to pay for a trip, pay dues, hand in a participation agreement, or to get some more info about the club.

REMEMBER: No one can go on a trip without a filled out Participation Agreement on file with club sports, along with an attached copy of your insurance card. Anyone going on Killington or Tremblant should hand these in as soon as possible!

AS OF TODAY KILLINGTON RESORT IS OPEN!!!!!

If you are going on our Killington, VT trip, all final payments are due Friday, November 16th, the Friday before Thanksgiving Break begins. You must have paid for the trip in full by this date either at office hours, at next week's meeting, online, or at another time scheduled with one of our officers. If you only put down a $100 dollar deposit on the trip, you have not paid in full. There is still room on this trip, but there is not much time left to sign up!! So let us know if you are interested ASAP if you want to be want to be on the slopes in LESS THAN A MONTH WOOOOOOO!!!
