ELECTIONS Wednesday 3/13

Welcome back from spring break, ski club! Hope you had fun and maybe even got some turns in.

***Tubing has been cancelled this year. If you paid for the social, please come to the meeting or a future office hours for a refund

There will be a meeting this Wednesday, March 13th at 7:30 in 362 Willard. Some important things going on at this meeting:
-Whiteface Pre-departure
-Announcements about multiple social events
-ELECTIONS

So be sure to stop by for the last meeting of the year!

ELECTIONS: If you would like to run for an officer position for next year, please email Greg at [email protected] BY MIDNIGHT.

There are currently seven officer positions, and all of them are open for election each year (i.e. this year's officers don't have "squatting rights," although they can run for reelection if they want). The positions are: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Promotions Chair, THON Chair, and Webmaster. Anyone who was a dues-paying member this year is allowed to run for any position. All you have to do is email Greg at [email protected] by midnight Monday, March 11th with the position or positions you would like to run for. The names of the members running for election will be announced on Tuesday, March 12th, and instructions will also be sent out for casting absentee ballots for members who cannot make it to the meeting.
