MT Snow, VTDates: Friday, February 6, 2015 through Sunday, February 8, 2015
This year, we'll be heading to MT Snow, Vermont for our prime-season weekend trip. This is the first time Ski Club has taken a trip to MT Snow, so needless to say we're excited to see what the mountain has to offer. We're staying at a hotel a mere 10 minute walk to the mountain, so that means no being stuck on a bus schedule(however there is a free rotating shuttle, for those somewhat casual riders). We anticipate great snow conditions and great nightlife. Even better, this trip is one of our cheapest of the year. Located in the Green Mountains in Vermont, MT Snow has some of the best skiing conditions in New England. With a 6 person bubble lift that travels up to the top of the mountain in 7.5 minutes while keeping you warm in a plastic bubble, skiers and riders can make lines the whole day without riding connecting lifts. MT Snow is also known for having the East Coast's first All Park Mountain Face by creating Carinthia. So for skiers looking to try some new tricks, this is definitely the trip for you. "The North Face" is also known as one of the most challenging sections of terrain in the north east, so this mountain really has it all. View MT Snow's Trail Map |
